Batik Club The Batik Club of Belarus is an international non-commercial organisation uniting artists who work in batik and other textile art techniques. Its purpose is to develop the art of Batik in Belarus, and bring together the Belarusian batik art and individual artists with batik art of the other countries, and promote Belarusian Batik abroad. Our artists are active in the areas of fine art, interior design, and fashion design. The Batik Club was founded 29 November 2003 in Minsk, the capital of Belarus. The Club unites professional artists, beginners, students of different art schools, as well as those for whom batik is just a hobby. We have both Belarusian and international members in the Club. From the first day the Club became an international organization and we had several artists from abroad who participated in our first exhibitions.
