Gallery.
The major themes of my work are flowers, images, landscape,
love theme and still life.
I mostly prefer working in the Gutta Sertu Technique, where the interplay of contours and colors go to the foreground, but I also like working in Batik technique and method of control painting, often mixing these to express the main idea. Working with multiple layers allows me to reach the better harmony of colours and find new nuances.
I like Batik for its mature, expressive, almost "male" character, the tricks you can do with it to reach exciting decorative or picturesque designs.
I am fascinated by the graceful line of the art nouveau style, the harmony of colour and contemplative nature of the Japanese folk art - which, obviously, all finds its way to my work.
When I try to express my creative idea, I look for the harmony in the combination of line, colour and technique.
