Artist.
My country Belarus is what is all my life about. I have studied here
and my diplomas are in architecture, arts and
school-teaching. I now live and work in Minsk, Belarussian capital.
My silkway ...this is what I call my life. In my life I am glad to
be able to do what I love - work as a professional silkpainting artist
myself, and share my skills and knowledge with my talented students.
Fine Art-is the
major line in my professional carrier. In my works I try to express
my feelings through design of a line and harmony of colour. I
feel great joy when I touch the white of silk with my brush. The silk
is so light, alive and streaming - it ideally fits the themes of my
works.
The
dynamics of contours, the tender colours give birth to a romantic
image of a woman, who is deep down in her world and in harmony with
the surrounding world; her image ultimately dissolves into a landscape,
then re-appears in a still life with flowers…
My Silkway brings me to meet wonderful, sincere and talented people,
allows me to discover new ways in arts. It brought me to meet the
great artists in the Batik Guild UK, Silkpatiners Guild UK and International
Silkpainters Guild USA, as well as become self the member of these
guilds.
Beside
my work in Fine Art, I also enjoy doing designs
of clothes and manufacture designs, where I mostly use floral
and ethnic ornaments. I also work with house interior
design companies, doing silk screens, curtains and window screens.
I love the way silk live and play when sunshine passes through it.
The technique of silkpainting goes is full harmony with my internal
world - sensitive and romantic, spontaneous and determined.
